Ketchup is good to be used for up to one year unopened on the kitchen shelf and for a month if opened in the fridge. Mayo is perfect if unopened on the kitchen shelf for at least four months or up to three months in the refrigerator. You need to store the container in a cool, dark place to make them last longer and tastier. And, if you keep them in the fridge, they can increase their shelf life to one year easily. But, if you feel the body of the almond hard enough, the almonds are turning bad for health.
Olive oil has a kitchen shelf life of one to two years. But it can go harmful if you leave it in a sunny or warm environment. You need to store the oil in the refrigerator. Don’t get conscious to use if it seems cloudy when pouring out as it is due to the solidification process. It will clear once again after warming up the oil.
The shelf life of a yogurt can last up to a week in the fridge if unopened and for five days if opened. But even if it is opened fresh, it could turn bad. You need to watch out the little symptoms of mold or a change in color. If you find both of the changes, trash it away instantly.
