Regular showering

Yes! You read the right. Taking a shower more than a usual basis is the cause to ruin our microbiome, a type of microorganisms that lives in our body, that may result to create various problems with our digestion, immunity and so on. The shower gels, soaps, and shampoos that we use, simply ruin our body's ecosystem. Showering too much can lead towards acne. You need to limit your showers to once a day.

Skinny jeans

Skinny jeans look awesome on you, isn’t it? But, unfortunately, they aren’t safe for our health as well as they worsen our health conditions, such as it causes pain and numbness in our thighs and even stay a cause of heartburn. Although these risks are lower in most of the cases, it is recommended to stay safe and avoid wearing too much of skinny jeans.

Smartphone addiction

Smartphone addiction is a thing that needs to be avoided. For instance, it causes the text neck syndrome, creating a pain in the neck, upper back, and shoulders. Several other common types of diseases such as anxiety tend to happen while receiving few text messages or social media interactions from the ones you are expecting replies from. Using a cell phone while driving is a major cause of accidents and while walking and crossing the road with a use of your smartphone can turn out to be a disaster as well. Use your cell phone wisely.

Crossing your legs

While sitting on a sofa, chair or a couch, crossed legs are considered as the most comfortable posture among women. Certainly, sitting with crossed legs is a bad posture and it often leads to the pain in neck and shoulder. It also creates numbness and raises in the blood pressure as well. The most harmful result of sitting with crossed legs leads to deep vein thrombosis or DVT. It may even lead to other chronic health problems as well. To avoid it, you need to move around, do more exercise and do not wear tight clothes as well.

Stationary lifestyle

We all know the fact that life is about happiness, work out, living a healthy lifestyle. But, some of us still opt to stay lazy and sit in front of the TV, instead of leaving for outside. A recent study proved that excessive watching of TV and too much of playing video games is a cause of scapula displacement, muscle stiffness and also causes lack of sleep. You definitely need to call your friends and go for a walk.

Snacking

It doesn’t tend to matter if your snacks are healthy and nutritious or not, but, the simple fact is that too much of snacking is not good for your health. Hunger is a symptom that our body signals when it needs food. It certainly means to grab those delectable snacks in between meals stays to please our cravings. You surely need to refuse snacks and stick to your daily meal plan to stay healthy.

Sleeping on your stomach or side

It is really harmful to opt for a wrong sleeping posture. Many experts have advised that sleeping on your stomach and side is certainly bad for your health as it causes neck and shoulder pain. Most of the time, it happens when you are lying on your one side and the shoulder stays responsible to bear all of your body weight. While sleeping on your stomach is even a worse condition as you tend to turn your head to one side that again leads to neck and shoulder pain.
