I am sure that all of you have had a lot to eat this Eid-ul-Azha. With all those tasty dishes in the various dawats, it's really hard to control your diet. So for those of you who want to come back on track from a long cheat weekend, we have the perfect tried and tested diet plan for you to help kickstart your weight loss goals.

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper...

Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of your day and in order to perform well in your daily duties, it's important that you never leave the house without a proper healthy breakfast.Here’s an idea on how to start your day in the best way possible.
2 Boiled eggs (Whites only)
1 Whole Grain Brown bread toasted
1 Black Coffee or Tea without sugar
 

Snacks

When you're working and doing chores, it's not unnatural to feel hungry. In the breaks between, it's advisable to have some healthy snacks instead of starving yourself and binge-eating later. Snacks are ideal to have between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. Sooperchef has lots of healthy snack recipes just for this purpose.Following are some quick snacks you can munch on:
Dry Fruit (A mix of 3 or 4 almonds, 1 walnut, and two dates)

Lunch

Dinner

It's best to have a light dinner because your body doesn't do much activity after it, which is likely to get you bloated. A big bowl of healthy salad for dinner will be perfect for your diet.

Never Over Eat- Even if it's healthy

Remember, that even if you are eating healthy, it's important to stay within the limit. Calculate your BMI, your ideal body weight and determine your time goals. Then adjust the quantity of the above-mentioned food according to that.To achieve weight loss do not over-eat, even if it's healthy food.

Exercise

In every weight loss regime, exercise is an absolute must. If you're a total beginner then a light jog and walk for half an hour every morning will bring you a long way. If you're more active, then do 20-minute High-Intensity Interval Running ( Run on the maximum ability for one minute and then walk for four minutes) in the morning and a few bodyweight exercises ( light push-ups, crunches and planks) to get in shape.

Stay Hydrated

Remember to drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. Live by the golden rule of consuming 8 glasses a day. It flushes out toxins from your body and decreases appetite.
