But little do they know that these are beverages tend to increase heat in the body which is why they are definitely avoidable during the summer. Furthermore, the caffeine and sugar content can actually dehydrate your body pretty badly, so try to steer clear of them.


When we see the word “dangerous sauces”, we generally think of the hot and spicy ones, while a cheese sauce is pretty avoidable too. It has a load of calories that would leave you feeling bloated and sluggish. Additionally, commercially prepared sauces are also loaded with an unhealthy dose of MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) and salt.
