- Chicken Boneless 500g
- Yogurt half cup
- Brown Onion 10g
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Cashew Powder 2- 1/2 tbsp
- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper Crushed 1 -1/2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil 2- 1/2 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
1- In a grinder, add brown onion, yogurt and grind it.
2- In a bowl, add chicken, grinded paste, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cashew powder, black pepper crushed, cumin powder, sesame oil and mix it well.
3- Keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
4- Now, brush the tray with cooking oil and then place chicken on it.
5- Now, oven bake on 150°C for 40-45 minutes or BBQ.
