Ingredients for Black Forest Cake

  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 10 Eggs
  • ½ TSP Vanilla Essence
  • 180 gm Maida
  • 20 gm Cocoa Powder
  • 350 gm Whipped cream
  • ½ cup Sugar Syrup
  • Fruit Cocktail (As Needed)
  • ½ Cup Condensed Milk
Instructions for Black Forest Cake
  1. First of all, beat the Sugar & Eggs in a beater until it produced foams
  2. Then, Add Vanilla Essence, Maida, Cocoa Powder & Mix them well
  3. Take a Mould, Apply Oil, and then apply butter paper. Then Oven bake it for 20-25 Minutes at 180-200
  4. Now let it cool, & cut it into two layers
  5. Next, put the Whipped Cream in a beater and whipped it well
  6. After it, apply Sugar Syrup at one Sponge. Apply cream and keep the Fruit cocktail at this sponge. Complete the coating process with the help of cream by putting another sponge at this

بلیک فوریسٹ کیک اجزاء چینی 200گرام انڈے 10عدد ونیلا ایسنس 1/2چائے کے چمچ میدہ 180گرام کوکو پاؤڈر 20گرام وہیپ کریم 350گرام شوگر سیرپ 1/2کپ فروٹ کاکٹل حسبِ ضرورت بلیک فوریسٹ کیک ترکیب ۔ایک بِیٹر میں چینی اور انڈے لیں اور اچھی طرح بیٹ کر کے فوم بنا لیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں ونیلا ایسنس ،میدہ اور کوکو پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔ ۔اب ایک سانچہ لیں اور اس میں آئل لگا کر اس پر بٹر پیپر لگائیں اور تیار کیا ہوا مکسچر ڈال کر 180-200ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 20-25منٹ تک اوون بیک کرلیں ۔ ۔اب اسے نکال کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں اور دو تہوں میں کاٹ لیں ۔ ۔اب ایک بیٹر میں وہیپ کریم لیں اور اسے اچھی طرح وہیپ کر لیں ۔ ۔اب کاٹے ہوئے ایک سپنچ پر پر شوگرسیرپ لگائیں اور اس پر کریم اور فروٹ کاکٹل لگاکر دوسرا سپنچ اوپررکھ کر وہیپ کریم کا کوٹ کر لیں ۔ ۔آپکا مزیدار بلیک فوریسٹ کیک تیار ہے ۔ بنانے کا وقت: 40 منٹ افراد: 4-3
