  • 500g Steak
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
Ingredients for Black pepper Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper (crushed)
  • 3 tbsp Demi-glace powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Cream
Ingredients for Sauté Vegetables
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Zucchini (sliced)
  • Cherry Tomatoes ¼ Cup
  • ¼ cup Broccoli
  • ¼ cup Carrots (sliced)
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
Ingredients for Mesh Potatoes
  • 2 small Potatoes (boiled & meshed)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter Melted
Direction for Beef Steak:
  1. In a bowl, add Beef Steak, salt, black pepper, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Garlic and marinate for 30 Mins.
  2. After marinate put it on grill pan and cook for medium rare or grill 4-5 mins each side.
Direction for Vegetable Sauté:
  1. In a cooking pan, add olive oil, garlic, Zucchini, tomatoes, Broccoli, carrot and sauté for a minute.
  2. Now add salt, black pepper and cook for a while.
Direction for Meshed Potatoes:
  1. In a bowl, add potatoes, butter, black pepper, salt and mix well.
Direction for Black Pepper Sauce:
  1. In a Cooking Pan, add butter, onion and cook it for a while
  2. Now, add black pepper and cook it for a minute.
  3. Now, add water, demi-glace powder and cook until it becomes thick.
  4. Now, add cream and mix it well.
  5. Now serve Beef Steak with Sauté vegetables, meshed Potatoes and black pepper sauce.

سٹیک 500گرام
نمک آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ 1 چائے کا چمچ
زیتون کا تیل 2 کھانے کے چمچ
ووسٹر شائن سوس 2 کھانے کے چمچ
لہسن 1 چائے کا چمچ

بلیک پیپر سوس بنانے کے اجزاء
مکھن 2 کھانے کے چمچ
پیاز(چوپ) 2 کھانے کے چمچ
لہسن(چوپ) 1 کھانے کے چمچ
کالی مرچ (کُٹی ہوئی) 1 کھانے کا چمچ
ڈیمی گلیس پاؤڈر 3 کھانے کے چمچ
پانی 1کپ
کریم 2 کھانے کے چمچ

ویجیٹیبل سوتے کے اجزاء
لہسن 1 چائے کا چمچ
زیتون کا تیل 2 کھانے کے چمچ
طوری(سلائس) ایک چوتھائی کپ
چیری ٹماٹر ایک چوتھائی کپ
بروکلی ایک چوتھائی کپ
گاجر(سلائس) ایک چوتھائی کپ
نمک آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ(کُٹی ہوئی) آدھا چائے کا چمچ

میش پوٹیٹو کے اجزاء
آلو(اُبال کر پیس لیں) 2عدد
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
کالی مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
مکھن(پگھلا ہوا) 1کھانے کا چمچ

بیف سٹیک بنانیکی ترکیب ایک برتن میں بیف سٹیک، کالی مرچ، نمک، زیتون کا تیل، ووسٹر شائن سوس، لہسن ڈال کر ملا لیں۔اور 30 منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔ اب اس کو گرل پین میں ڈال کر چارسے پانچ منٹ تک د ونو اطراف سے گرل کر لیں۔ ویجیٹیبل سوتے کرنے کی ترکیب: ایک پین میں زیتون کا تیل، طوری ، ٹماٹر، بروکلی،گاجر ڈال کر سوتے کر لیں۔ اب اس میں نمک،کالی مرچ ڈال کر ہلکا سا پکا لیں۔ میش پوٹیٹو بنانے کی ترکیب: ایک برتن میں پسیے ہوئے آلو، کالی مرچ، مکھن ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔ کالی مرچ سوس بنانے کے اجزاء: ایک برتن میں مکھن پیاز ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر ایک منٹ کے لیے پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں پانی، ڈیمی گلیس پاؤڈر ڈال کر گاڑھا ہونے تک پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں کریم ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔ بیف سٹیک کو ویجیٹیبل سوتے ،میش پوٹیٹو اورکالی مرچ سوس کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
