- 700g Beef Boneless

- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder

- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

- As per taste Salt

- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

- 1 tsp Turmeric

- 2 tbsp Poppy Powder

- 2 tbsp Roasted Gram Powder

- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

- 1 cup Yogurt

- Half cup Cooking Oil

- 2 Onion

- 2 tbsp Whole Garam Masala

- 4 Whole Red Chili

- 5g Ginger

- 5g Green Coriander

- 5g Green Chili

- 5g Mint

Cooking Method

1- Hit beef with hammer

2- In a bowl, add beef, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, turmeric, poppy powder, roasted gram powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and mix them well, then keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours

3- In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and fry until light brown

4- Now, add whole garam masala, whole red chili, marinated beef and cook for a while, then simmer for 30-35 minutes

5- Now, add ginger, green chili and cook for 5-7 minutes

6- Now, use green coriander, mint for garnishing

Your tasty Beef Pasandy now ready to serve

ترکیب
۔بیف کے پسندے لے کر ہیمر سے کوٹ لیں ۔
۔اب ایک باؤل میں پسندے ڈال کر اس میں لال مرچ پاؤڈر ،کا لی مرچ پاؤڈر ،نمک،لیموں کا رس ،ہلدی ،خشخاش پاؤدڑ ،بھنے ہوئے چنے کا پاؤڈر ،ادرک لہسن پیسٹ اور دہی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور دو گھنٹے کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔
۔اب ا یک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اور ا س میں پیاز ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن کر لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں ثابت گرم مصالحہ ،ثابت لال مرچ اورتیار کیے ہوئے پسندے ڈال کر ہلکا سا پکالیں اور تیس سے پینتیس منٹ تک دم دیں ۔
۔اب اس میں ادرک اور سبز مرچ ڈال کر مزید پانچ سے سات منٹ تک بھونائی کر لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں سبز دھنیا اور پودینہ کی گارنش کر لیں ۔
