1- In a bowl, add beef mince, salt, red chili crushed, ginger, green chili, onion, kidney fat, hot
spieces, green coriander, mint, turmeric, cumin, almonds and mix it well.
2- Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
