How to Cook Badami Seekh Kabab

Ingredients
- Beef Mince 400g
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chili (crushed) 1 ½ tbsp
- Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Green Chili 2 pieces
- Onion half
- Kidney Fat 100g
- Hot Spices ½ tsp
- Green Coriander 5g
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Mint 5g
- Coriander (crushed) 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Almonds (crushed) 50g
- Cooking Oil as needed
Cooking Method
1- In a bowl, add beef mince, salt, red chili crushed, ginger, green chili, onion, kidney fat, hot spieces, green coriander, mint, turmeric, cumin, almonds and mix it well.
2- Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3- Now rub a skewer with oil. Now make the shapes of kebabs around skewers.
4- Now, oven bake on 230°C for 15-20 minutes or BBQ.
Your tasty Badami Seekh Kabab now ready to serve.

۔ گُردے کی چربی 100گرام
۔ ہرا دھنیا 5گرام
۔ پودینہ 5گرام
۔ بادام کُٹے ہوئے 50گرام
۔ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
۔ ہری مرچ دو عدد
۔ پیاز چوپ کی ہوئی آدھی
۔ لال مر چ کُٹی ہوئی ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
۔ ادرک چوپ کیا ہوا ایک کھانے کا چمچ
۔ گرم مصا لحہ آدھا چائے کاچمچ
۔ ہلدی ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔ دھنیا کُٹا ہوا ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔ زیرہ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔ کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت
ترکیب
۔ ایک برتن میں بیف قیمہ لیں اور اس میں نمک، لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی، ادرک، ہری مرچ،پیاز، چربی، گرم مصالحہ، ہرادھنیا،ہلدی،پودینہ،زیرہ اوربادام ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔
۔ اب اس کو تیس منٹ تک فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
۔ اب سیخ پر ہلکا سا تیل لگا لیں اوراس پر کباب تیار کر لیں۔
۔ اب اس کو بار بی کیو کر لیں یا °230 سینٹی گریڈپر 15-20 منٹ اون بیک کر لیں۔
آپکے مزے دار بادامی سیخ کباب تیار ہیں۔
