  • 3-4 Boiled Onions (sliced shape)
  • 3-4 Green Chilies
  • Ingredients for White Badami Qorma:
  • 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Prepared Onion Paste (As Needed)
  • 700 gm chicken
  • 200 gm Nestle Milk Pack Yogurt
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • White Pepper (As Needed)
  • 10-12 pieces Almonds (grinded)
  • 100 gm Nestle Milk pack Cream
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Green Chilies & Almonds (As Needed for garnishing)
  • Directions for Onion Paste:
  • 1. Add boiled onions, green chilies in a bowl & blend with the help of a blender
  • 2. Onion Paste is ready
  • Directions for white badami Qorma:
  • 1. Add Cooking Oil in a pan in a pan, then add ginger garlic paste & fry for a while
  • 2. Now add grinded onions/onion paste, mix well then add chicken
  • 3. Add Nestle yogurt, salt, white pepper, almonds, cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame
  • 4. Add Nestle milk pack cream, garam Masala
  • 6. Complete garnishing by adding chopped green chilies, & almonds
  • 7. Serve with Raita, chapati or Naan
  • Serve: 3-4

نیسلے ملک پیک یوگرٹ 250گرام
نیسلے ملک پیک کریم 100گرام
پیاز(اُبلے ہوئے) 3-4 عدد
ہری مرچ 3-4 عدد
کھانے کا تیل آدھا کپ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چکن 700گرام
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
سفیدمرچ حسبِ ذائقہ
بادام 11-12 عدد
گرم مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچ گارنش
بادام(بھیگے ہوئے) گارنش

بادامی قورمہ بنانے کی ترکیب
بلینڈر میں اُبلے ہوئی پیاز، ہری مرچ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بلینڈ کر لیں۔
اب اس کڑاہی میں کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر ہلکا سا گرم کر لیں اب اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔
اب اس میں تیار کیا ہوا پیاز کا پیسٹ ڈال دیں اور لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔
اب اس میں چکن ڈال دیں اور تھوڑی دیر کے لیے پکا لیں۔
اب اس میں دہی، سفید مرچ، بادام ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکا لیں۔
اب اس میں کریم، گرم مصالحہ ڈال دیں اور تھوڑی دیر پکا لیں،
اب اس کی ہری مرچ اور بادام سے گارنش کر لیں۔
