How to Make Aloo Gosht (Potato Meat)

Ingredients

- Beef 500g

- Onion 2 pieces

3 Tomatoes 3 pieces

  • 5 gm Whole Hot Spices
  • 2 Green Chilies 2 pieces
  • 7 Cloves of Garlic 7 pieces
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TSP Turmeric
  • 1 TSP Red Chili Powder
  • 1 TSP Red Chili Crushed
  • 1 TSP Whole Cumin
  • 1 TSP Coriander Powder
  • 1 TSP Cumin Powder
  • 2 Glasses Water
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 4 TBSP Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • Green Chili, Ginger, Green Coriander (for garnishing)
  • Method
  • 1- In a cooking pot, add beef, onion, tomato, Salt, Coriander Powder, whole hot spices, green chili, garlic, turmeric, red chili powder, red chili crushed, whole cumin, cumin powder, and water.
  • 2- Steam it for an hour on low flame.
  • 3- After that, add cooking oil, yogurt, potatos and steam it for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
  • 4- Use green coriander, green chili, ginger for garnishing.
  • Your tasty Aloo Gosht is ready to serve.
  • Cooking time : One hour
  • Serve: 3 to 4 persons

۔ دھنیا پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔ زیرہ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔ ثابت زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔ ثابت گرم مصالحہ پانچ گرام
۔ پانی دو گلاس
۔ کھانے کا تیل چار کھانے کے چمچ
۔ ہری مرچ،ادرک،دھنیا گارنش
ترکیب
۔ ایک برتن میں گوشت ، پیاز، ٹماٹر، ثابت گرم مصا لحہ، ہری مرچ، لہسن، نمک، ہلدی، لال مرچ پیسی ہوئی زیرہ پاؤڈر ، لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی، ثابت زیرہ اور پانی ڈال کر ایک گھنٹہ تک ہلکی آنچ پر دم دیں۔
۔ جب گوشت گل جائے تو اس میں کھانے کا تیل، آلو، دہی ڈال کر 15- 10 منٹ تک ہلکی آنچ پر دم دیں۔
۔ہری مرچ، ادرک، ہرا دھنیا بطورگارنش استعما ل کر لیں۔
