Ingredients
- 2 liter Water
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 200 g Pasta
- 150 g Chicken
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 2 cup milk
- 100 g Cream
- Salt as per taste
- ½ tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Black Olive
- Green onion, parmesan cheese for garnishing
Cooking Method

1- in a cooking pan, add water, cooking oil(2 tbsp), pasta and boil it.
2- in another cooking pan, add cooking oil (2 tbsp), chicken and fry it.
3- in another cooking pan, add Butter, onion, milk, cream, salt, white pepper, oregano, boiled pasta, fried chicken, black olive and cook for a while.
Your tasty Alfredo pasta now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serve: 3

– چکن ڈیڑھ سو گرام
– مکھن ایک سو گرام

– سفید مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ

– سبز پیاز ،پامزان چیز بطور گارنش
ترکیب
۔ایک پین میں پانی لیں اور اس میں کھانے کا تیل(ایک کھانے کا چمچ) اور پاستہ ڈال کر اُبال لیں ۔
۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل(دو کھانے کے چمچ) لیں اور اس میں چکن ڈال کر فرائی کر لیں ۔
۔اب ایک پین میں مکھن لیں اور اس میں پیاز ،لہسن ،دودھ ،کریم ،نمک،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر،اوریگانو ،اُبلا ہوا پاستہ ،تیار کیا ہوا چکن اور کالا زیتون ڈال دیں ۔
